Getting Around The Island

It is often said that the best way to explore the island is by car or bike. However, for those who don’t have access to any of those there are always other options that are just as great! See: Events in Mull.

Advertising campaigns on Mull’s transport network

On many of Scotland’s transport systems, there are advertising campaigns that have been created and formatted through a market leading business, known as Exterion Media. It is a great way of generating brand awareness, especially to the local towns of the Isle of Mull – this can drive business growth.

Exterion Media work with your business and the local area to create an advert that is suited to the local audience so they will notice it with the ability of recalling and acting on an advert that they have seen. Discover regional advertising in Scotland, click here.

Taking the ferry service

There is a ferry service available for travelling to and from the Isle of Mull. There is a choice of 3 routes to Mull, Oban to Craignure, Lochaline to Fishnish and Kilchoan to Ardnamurchan and then to Tobermory. On average, this takes 45 minutes.

The prices of these are based on an administration charge and the cost that would be incurred if you drove the same distance. In turn, this slashes the cost of travel to the Isle of Mull making it easier to travel around. See: Timetable.
